PCAOB Board Member Resigns

The PCAOB released a statement that Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Board Member Jay Hanson resigned today.  No reason or further information was provided.  According to Mr Hanson's Biography on the PCAOB site, Jay D. Hanson was appointed to be a Board Member of the PCAOB by the Securities and Exchange Commission in January 2011, and reappointed for a second term, ending in October 2018.
